    About the Role We are seeking a Production Assistant to support hands-on manufacturing, compounding, and inventory operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in food production, manufacturing, warehouse operations, mechanics, or similar hands-on environments where precision, safety, and consistency matter.

    Prior cosmetic or skincare compounding experience is not required. Training is provided. What matters most is your ability to follow procedures, work safely, track inventory accurately, and communicate proactively.

    Production & Manufacturing

    Follow written formulas, batch records, SOPs, and production instructions exactly

    Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials accurately

    Operate and clean production equipment safely

    Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas

    Complete batch logs, production documentation, and checklists

    Identify and report discrepancies, quality concerns, or equipment issues immediately

    Inventory Awareness & Support

    Assist with tracking raw materials, packaging, and supplies

    Perform inventory counts and verify accuracy as assigned

    Monitor usage and communicate low inventory before materials run out

    Support proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials

    Help prevent production delays by flagging shortages early

    Safety, Quality & Compliance

    Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and sanitation standards

    Support GMP-style practices and quality expectations

    Protect confidential company information, formulas, and processes

    Sign and comply with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

    This role is a great fit if you have experience as a:

    Production Associate / Production Assistant

    Food Production or Kitchen Production Worker

    Manufacturing or Assembly Worker

    Warehouse Associate with production exposure

    Mechanic or Technician used to following specs and procedures

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs precisely

    Comfort working with measurements, weights, and equipment

    Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization

    Understanding of workplace safety and sanitation standards

    Willingness to wear PPE and follow compliance requirements

    Ability to lift up to [insert weight] and stand for extended periods

    Willingness to sign and comply with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

    Nice to Have (Not Required)

    Experience with inventory tracking or reorder awareness

    Familiarity with batch records, production logs, or spreadsheets

    Experience in GMP, food manufacturing, or regulated environments

    Experience using mixers, scales, or production equipment

    Pay & Benefits

    Hourly Pay: $17.50 – $18.50 (based on experience)

    Benefits Eligibility: Company benefits are available after a 90-day evaluation period
