Position: Full-Time Production Assistant Location: Clarence (with occasional shifts in East Aurora) Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM Pay: Based on experience

About Us: McDuffie’s Bakery is known for our award-winning pot pies, pierogi, and fudge. We’re passionate about creating delicious, high-quality products and are looking for a dedicated individual to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the production of our signature pot pies, pierogi, and fudge.

Ensure all products meet our high-quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Qualifications:

Food production experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Must have reliable transportation to commute between our Clarence and East Aurora locations.

Hardworking, dependable, and a team player.
