Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and professional production of various types of signs, including interior and exterior signage, vinyl graphics, channel letters, and more.

Responsibilities:

· Load, transport, and install signs at designated locations.

· Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and installation equipment (e.g., ladders, lifts, drills).

· Follow blueprints, layouts, and design specs to ensure accurate placement and quality.

· Inspect and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment.

· Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project managers.

· Ensure job sites are clean and safe before and after installation.

· Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sign installation or a related field preferred.

· Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

· Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Basic knowledge of electrical wiring is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
