Job Description
E! News Digital is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and motivated Production Assistant to support all E! Originals, including The Rundown, E!’s flagship digital entertainment news franchise. This role is essential in helping bring daily celebrity news coverage, exclusive interviews, red carpet content, and original digital programming to life across multiple series and platforms.
The Production Assistant will work closely with producers, editors, talent teams, and senior production staff to support all aspects of current and future E! Originals — from editorial planning and guest preparation to production logistics and post-production coordination. You'll play a key role in keeping productions organized, on schedule, and operating smoothly in a fast-paced entertainment news environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and fluent in digital storytelling. You should be comfortable collaborating on edit structure, handling multiple versions and exports, and supporting fast‑paced productions. A strong understanding of how content performs across platforms is crucial.
This role reports to the Producer, The Rundown.

• Deep knowledge of celebrity news, entertainment trends, reality television, and social media culture.
• Strong research and fact-checking skills.
• Strong understanding of digital production trends and how to utilize them to optimize our series.
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump into any task, large or small.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital video production workflows is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Salary Range : $50,000-$60,000
