Production Worker – 360 Thrift (Mesa/Chandler, AZ)

360 Thrift is a local, family-owned thrift store focused on offering great secondhand goods at fair prices while supporting Arizona nonprofits. We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Production Worker to join our team and help keep our stores stocked, organized, and running smoothly.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Mesa or Chandler, AZ Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Day shifts

What You’ll Do

Sort and evaluate incoming items (clothing, housewares, shoes, décor, etc.)

Prepare merchandise by cleaning, testing, tagging, and pricing

Stock the sales floor and rotate inventory to keep it fresh

Maintain a clean and organized production/backroom area

Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

Occasionally assist customers on the floor

What We’re Looking For

Ability to lift/move 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Fast worker with attention to detail

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Dependable and able to follow processes

Thrift, retail, warehouse, or production experience is a plus (not required)
