Production Associate Overview
Provide an exceptional experience for CertaPro Painters’ customers to dramatically differentiate ourselves from our competition and to further ‘Deliver Extraordinary Experiences’ through project Production, Quality Assurance, Safety, and developing our team of painters and carpenters.
Production Associate Responsibilities
Lead and support Job Site Supervisors so they have what they need to run great jobs and enjoy the work they do
Help build a positive, high-performing team culture where people take pride in their work and look out for each other
Make sure every customer has a great experience—from the first day on site to the final walkthrough
Work closely with our Sales and field teams to keep projects running smoothly and expectations aligned
Stay on top of daily job progress with regular site visits, helping solve problems before they become issues
Kick off new jobs and wrap them up with confidence, making sure everything is done right
Keep an eye on quality across all projects and jump in when something needs attention
Help supervisors plan jobs effectively so projects stay on time and profitable
Manage labor and schedules to keep everything running efficiently
Lead by example when it comes to safety—making sure crews are working smart and following OSHA and EPA (RRP) guidelines
Run safety meetings, trainings, and check-ins to keep everyone sharp and protected
Support training and development of field staff, helping your team grow and improve
Take part in company trainings and events to continue building your own leadership skills
Production Associate Qualifications and Skills
Around 5 years of experience in painting, construction, or a related field
A valid driver’s license
Familiarity with paint applications and finishes, or a willingness to continue learning and growing your skills
Comfortable communicating with customers and working alongside a team
Organized, detail-oriented, and someone who takes pride in their work
Basic math and computer skills to help with job tracking and project details
A motivated, dependable mindset with a desire to do great work and improve over time
Ability to read, write, and speak English (Spanish is a plus, but not required)
Professional, reliable, and a team player
Available primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or Saturdays depending on project needs
