Production Associate and Graphic Design for Sign Company We are looking for a Production Associate who knows Adobe Illustrator and has the ability and desire to learn all aspects of sign production. Currently, 25% design and 75% production and installation work. We produce graphics on various substrates with large-format printing and laminating machines. You must be able to lift 4'x8' MDO panels, 10-foot 4"x4" posts, and do some basic shop work like cutting and painting. This is an in-person position, and we'd love to have the right person join our great team! If you possess the basic requirements for this job, everything else can be learned. Responsibilities: • Design visually compelling graphics using Adobe Illustrator to meet client specifications • Operate large-format printing and laminating machines to produce high-quality signage • Handle and assemble various substrates, including lifting and positioning 4'x8' MDO panels and 10-foot posts • Perform basic shop tasks such as cutting, painting, and finishing to prepare signs for installation • Learn and become proficient at doing small installation jobs in-house and on-site in the market area • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency in production areas • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify design requirements and production timelines Qualifications: • Must be proficient in graphic design work using Adobe Illustrator • Follows workflow process and adheres to quality standards; produces work with pride • Ability to learn and gain a complete understanding of equipment, substrates, vinyls, and materials • Continuously strives to learn and improve, attends training as required • Possesses strong English grammar, communication, writing, and proofreading skills • Needs good organization skills and the ability to move back and forth between different tasks to maintain workflow and deadlines with flexibility and a positive attitude Compensation: $20 - $21 hourly
