    Job Summary

    We are hiring a Production Associate – Hand Trimming to trim, inspect, and package rubber components in a manufacturing environment. This position involves using small hand tools to remove excess material from rubber parts, inspecting finished products for quality, and preparing completed components for packaging.

    The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive production tasks. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Trim rubber components using an X-Acto knife and small hand tools.
    • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Identify and report defective or nonconforming products.
    • Sort, count, and package finished components according to production requirements.
    • Maintain consistent quality and productivity while performing repetitive tasks.
    • Follow written and verbal work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
    • Ability to safely handle small hand tools and components.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
    • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to maintain consistent production quality and meet deadlines.
    • Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is preferred but not required.

    Work Schedule and Compensation

    • Hourly Pay: $17.00.
    • Workdays: Monday–Thursday.
    • Hours: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.
    • Employment Type: Full-Time.
    • Work Location: Manufacturing facility; location to be confirmed.

    Physical Requirements

    • Stand and move around the production area for extended periods.
    • Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
    • Use hand tools to trim and finish small rubber components.
    • Handle, inspect, and package products while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
