Ventek Solutions, headquartered near Charleston, South Carolina, is a newly established entity following its acquisition by Black Diamond Capital Management (BDCM) from Sonoco Corporation. Ventek operates across 8 manufacturing facilities located in the US and Mexico. Our Mission is to be the premier foam molder and integrated solutions provider in North America, serving a wide range of markets with molded foam components and protective packaging, including returnable and integrated material solutions.

Ventek Solutions is recruiting for a Production Associate II – 1st Shift (6:45 am – 3:15 pm Monday – Friday) at our integrated materials plant in Findlay, OH. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and the starting wage is $19.36 / hour that progresses up to $20.70 / hour after 6 months. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to the Ventek Solutions.

What you’ll do:

You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot defects in the packing line. You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail

• Assemble, pack, close and stack boxes.
• Maintain a safe working environment. Safety is your #1 priority.
• Pack boxes according to instructions.
• Removes finished parts from press; visually inspects to assure quality; move parts to designated area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Must be able to work in a fast past environment
• Report any quality defects to quality, processing team or supervisor
• Collaborating closely with other departments and teams
• Performing all duties in support of Ventek’s quality and safety policies.
