Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Cleveland, OH - West

Pay Rate: $16-$19 per hour

This position involves a variety of tasks to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates are team players who can follow instructions and work efficiently to complete assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking materials.

• Operate tools and equipment as needed.

• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and cleaning of work areas.

• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.

• Support team members and supervisors with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Previous production/warehousing or related experience is preferred but not required.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.

Schedule:

• Full-time hours with potential for overtime depending on workload.
