Job Summary

We are hiring Feeder Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level, promotable opportunity with room to grow into advanced production roles.

This position focuses on feeding materials into machinery, inspecting product quality, and supporting production operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Feed materials into gluer machines to maintain continuous production flow
• Inspect cartons for defects (gluing, folding, and structural issues)
• Sort defective and acceptable products based on quality standards
• Perform rework and repackaging as needed
• Band and move pallets of finished goods
• Pack cartons into cases according to customer specifications
• Label and prepare finished cases for shipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S standards)
• Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and SQF/food safety guidelines
• Report quality or safety concerns to leadership immediately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to stand for full 8-hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly identify defects
• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to be trained on equipment and obtain forklift certification if needed

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing (up to 8 hours)
• Repetitive motion and manual handling
• Ability to lift/move materials as needed
• Manufacturing/production environment exposure
