We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Feeder / Finishing Packers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. This role is responsible for supporting finishing operations, preparing materials, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage production materials, including prepping rolls and splitting cores
• Assist with finishing and packaging operations
• Identify and verify material types and board grades
• Band, stack, and package finished products for shipment
• Operate equipment such as roll pushers and other production tools
• Maintain clean and organized work areas (housekeeping)
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
