Job Overview

We are seeking Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. In this role, you will assist with assembling mattresses, handling materials, packaging finished products, and supporting daily production operations. This position requires individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a physical production setting.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Assembly

• Assemble mattresses using tools such as staple guns, hog-ring guns, and hot glue guns
• Install foam encasements, upholstery layers, and coil units according to production specifications
• Operate machinery used in the mattress manufacturing process
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Warehouse & Material Handling

• Load and unload materials, products, and supplies from trucks or pallets
• Package finished products for shipment and distribution
• Label, sort, and organize materials and inventory in the warehouse
• Move materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts when required
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

General Duties

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and warehouse setting
• Exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and warm temperatures
• Safety-focused environment with lean manufacturing practices

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)
• Ability to lift up to 120 lbs with team assistance
• Perform repetitive tasks using hand tools and machinery
• Comfortable working in fast-paced industrial environments

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
