U.S. Glove is hiring Production Associates for our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level production position — no experience required. We provide paid, on-the-job training.

For over 40 years, U.S. Glove has manufactured high-performance gymnastics grips and wrist supports used by Olympic and elite athletes worldwide.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for candidates seeking:

Entry-level manufacturing jobs

Production or assembly work

Sewing machine operator training

Hands-on, detail-oriented work

Responsibilities

Operate industrial machines (training provided)

Assemble and sew products to quality standards

Perform repetitive production tasks with accuracy

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work efficiently in a team-based manufacturing environment

Qualifications

No experience required

Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience a plus

Strong attention to detail

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work an 8-hour shift
