JOB SUMMARY:
Production Club is looking to bring in a Full-Time Recruiter to join its Operations team. This is a brand new role, so the person will need to roll up their sleeves and get to work building out an effective recruiting function for all our Full-Time and Freelance hires. To be successful, you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, highly self-motivated and a proactive problem solver. A friendly, outgoing personality will be essential in building strong relationships across the board.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions
- Post open positions in our ATS (Breezy) as well as other appropriate recruiting channels
- Use proactive and creative sourcing and recruiting techniques to find and solicit top talent
- Build out a talent pipeline for our “hard to fill” or recurring positions
- Identify and screen candidates to determine qualifications and culture fit
- Lead candidates through the recruiting and interviewing process
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Schedule and lead interview prep and hiring meetings
- Work with the Director of People Operations to deliver a seamless transition from hiring to onboarding
MUST-HAVES:
- 3-5 years' experience working in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience sourcing and recruiting creative talent; Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Motion Designers and Producers/Project Managers
- Self-motivated and skilled at sourcing - you know where to find talent and how to attract them
- Ability to work independently, problem solve and navigate the hiring process efficiently
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Breezy
- Effective at multitasking, prioritization, and time-management as you'll be juggling multiple roles with varying degrees of urgency
