Industrial Equipment manufacturer is seeking a Production Control Manager to drive on-time delivery through efficient planning and coordination.

• Anticipate $70,000 - $90,000+

Responsibilities:

• Develop production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate shop floor activities and material flow.
• Use ERP/MRP systems for forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain to resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive lean practices to improve KPIs like OEE.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in operations/engineering preferred (not required)
• 5+ years in production control/scheduling in manufacturing.
• ERP/MRP proficiency
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Metal fabrication/manufacturing experience a plus.
