    Pay: $20.07/hour

    Shifts Available

    • First 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

    • Second 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm includes $1.00/hour shift differential

    Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; overtime weekends as required.

    Location: Onsite Newton NC

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Summary

    The Converting Operator plays a key role in producing high‑quality products in a manufacturing environment. This role offers hands‑on work with modern production equipment, opportunities to build technical skills, and the satisfaction of contributing to products that meet strict quality and safety standards.     Key Responsibilities

    • Operate converting equipment in accordance with work instructions and safety guidelines.

    • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

    • Verify work orders and ensure materials and product grading align with requirements.

    • Package and label finished products accurately.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

    • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and quality standards while documenting required production data.

    • Support team operations and assist other work areas as needed.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED required.

    • Manufacturing experience preferred.

    • Forklift experience preferred.

    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

    Work Environment

    • Manufacturing setting with exposure to temperature variations, noise, dust, and moving equipment.

    • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.

    • Ability to lift and move materials as required with or without reasonable accommodation.
