Low Country Quisine is an award-winning catering and hospitality company with nearly 20 years of experience serving corporate, social, and large-scale events across North Texas. Our Grab-and-Go division produces fresh, high-quality packaged meals and snacks for retail and corporate partners.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, portion, and package grab-and-go food items according to established recipes and standards
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Accurately label, date, and package products for distribution
Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures at all times
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and production area
Communicate clearly with team members to keep production moving smoothly
Assist with basic prep, stocking, and receiving as needed
Qualifications
1–3 years of kitchen or food production experience (commercial kitchen preferred)
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or quality
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes
Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your feet for extended periods
Team-oriented with a positive, flexible attitude
Availability for early mornings and occasional weekends
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable working in a production kitchen environment
