PURPOSE: Work and execute all aspects of production, offer consistent and friendly customer services, and provide support to all areas of the business's production.

Arrive on time and ready to work (VERY IMPORTANT)

Working knowledge of office technology helpful- computers, etc

Ability to learn and accept feedback, positive and corrective

Be very organized and have excellent time management skill

Manage and lead a team of installers

Growth Potential: The production coordinator who can effectively lead and manage people will advance to Production Manager, and potentially General Manager.

Shop Organization & Stocking

Material Inventory System

Equipment Inventory System

Purchasing Materials

Staging Materials

Safety Equipment Inspections

Assist colleagues: Owners, Sales, and Installers.
