Pay rate: $25-30k per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am to 4:30pm (seasonal hours are heavier, with overtime available)

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary liaison between roofing crews and customers
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout project phases
- Create and manage work orders for roofing projects
- Order and coordinate delivery of materials to job sites
- Document project progress with detailed notes and photographs
- Identify and address potential issues before they become problems
- Explain project details and answer customer questions
- Ensure crews have proper materials and equipment needed
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Report project status to management
- Coordinate schedule adjustments when necessary
- Assist with final walk-throughs and customer sign-offs
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Able to climb ladders and work on roofs safely
- Comfortable with heights and outdoor working conditions
- Can lift 50+ pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Proficient with smartphones/tablets for documentation
- 1+ year construction or customer service experience
- Roofing experience a plus, but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
- Must pass background check and drug test
