    Job Description

    ** Role Purpose:**

    As part of the Bravo Marketing Production team, the Production Coordinator will be responsible for operational and project management support across BRAVO creative marketing campaigns.

    ** Responsibilities:**

    • Partner with the Project Manager and Creative Team to produce a high volume of creative marketing deliverables including Video, Design, Social, Digital, Paid Media, and more
    • Assign and track creative projects in Airtable
    • Act as the hub for collecting, verifying and organizing creative marketing assets across the team.
    • Liaise with internal teams like Brand Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Multiplatform Marketing, Shoot Production, Post Production, Legal, and Finance on project status, timeline, and assignment updates as needed
    • Book VO Artists and VO auditions. Manage VO contracts, scheduling, and invoicing
    • Maintain all marketing music cues and reports
    • Code, process and track all production team invoices. Partner with VP Production and the finance team on coding, accruals, pacing, financial quarter close, and new vendor setups.
    • Help maintain campaign production budgets in airtable. Work with project managers to keep all estimates and billing up to date.
    • Run point on daily deliverable meeting between Creative and Finishing teams.
    • Actively participate in department and team brainstorms.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    _ Basic Qualifications:_

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in the entertainment industry and/or post-production

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, TV & Film or Advertising/Marketing preferred

    • Must be willing to work occasional longer hours on weeknights and some weekends

    • Knowledge of tools: Slack, Airtable, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • A self-starter who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

    • Possess a passion for TV

    • Ability to follow through on tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously

    • Uncompromising attention to detail, well organized and possess strong problem-solving abilities

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

    • Possess strong interpersonal skills with a team player attitude

    • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere a plus

    Additional Requirements:

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000.
