Responsibilities

• Coordinate shoot logistics and timelines
• Manage vendor bookings and confirmations
• Track budgets and production expenses
• Organize call sheets and schedules
• Support on-site production execution
• Communicate with clients and crews
• Monitor project progress and updates
• Ensure all deliverables are completed

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in production or agency work
• Experience with commercial or editorial shoots
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
