    Thank you for taking the time to review our job listing. A bit about us: we are a 24-year old, internet-based natural health company that produces blends of botanical and essential oil products. Our business is experiencing growth and are seeking to fill one part-time position that could lead to full time in our small, clean, and friendly family business. We are located in the Old Town District in Lewisville, TX.

    We are actively seeking individuals that are willing to be cross-trained in many areas with the goal to be able to perform tasks independently and as a team, as necessary:

    Production work is the main part of this job. That includes filling half ounce bottles, reading recipes, measuring and mixing oils, bottling, capping, labeling, packaging, maintaining accurate records, and more. Experience using air operated small machinery is a plus. Previous kitchen experience we have found to be helpful.

    Providing high quality customer service when interacting with clientele via phone, online chat service, email, etc.

    Computer experience and literacy is a requirement; Google Drive, Microsoft Excel and Word, internet browsing, research, etc.

    Stocking shelves, packaging product and custom orders for shipping

    Order Fulfillment (we ship 30-100 packages a day, typically)

    Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment with accuracy and attention to detail. Most work will be done independently.

    Employees are expected to help keep all areas of the office clean and tidy, including work spaces, bathrooms, kitchen, and break areas.

    Help to maintain a positive personal attitude and healthy work environment

    Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds

    Passing a drug test is required for employment

    This position will require a paid working interview which is to be determined and scheduled after the conclusion of an in-person interview. Additionally, we require a 60 day probation period to determine a good fit.

    Working hours are Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm CST.
