This role is responsible for the advancement of Harvest’s production team across all physical & digital campuses utilizing the best & latest technology to maximize our reach & minimize our costs while leading & organizing the production teams to produce engaging, excellent, and exciting worship experiences in Atlanta.

Utilizing the best & latest technology to maximize our reach & minimize our costs while leading & organizing the production teams to produce engaging, excellent, and exciting worship experiences.

Execute the programming for the weekend Worship Experience.

Invest in and train volunteers to build healthy teams

Maintain the campus’s technical equipment and work with the central Tech Team for repairs and upgrades.

Assist in the production execution of all non-weekend special events.

Requires strong knowledge of AVL systems and experience in live production which includes camera operation, switching, theatrical lighting, and audio.

Daily Workflow

Check church emails prior to 12 pm & post 5 pm local time daily

Respond to all emails (including junk/spam emails) using template emails as necessary per the Brand Guide & voicemails received prior to 4 PM local time & email verification of completion to upline

Check PCO for scheduling

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per year
