This position reports to the VP of Operations and your responsibilities will include:

Prepare, secure and stage shipments for delivery to customer

Work with the Logistics Coordinator to process outbound shipments

Communicate with drivers upon arrival and load shipments

Responsible to ensure order fulfilment is complete prior to delivery through a thorough QC process

Back up support for the crating area as needed

Support with incoming freight as needed

Maintain a clean and orderly staging area

The ideal Production Employee will possess:

Previous experience in logistics in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

Experience managing outbound freight logistics, including driver coordination, BOLs, packaging, staging, and loading

Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods of time

A strong capacity to learn our product and processes

Willingness to engage in hands-on learning and continuous improvement

A time-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize based on operational schedules

Ability to operate a scissor lift, electric pallet jack and/or sit-down forklift

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
