DataShield, a NAID AAA Certified company offering data destruction, secure paper shredding, and electronics recycling services, is looking for a Production Floor Associate to join our growing team. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to focus on one task for long periods of time while being a part of a small team. Core values should include being a team player, honesty, integrity, commitment to customer service, positive personality, and perseverance.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Assisting with the confidential destruction of material

Staging containers for destruction

Destruction equipment operation

Loading and unloading trucks

Operating industrial equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts

Other general warehouse duties as assigned

Maintaining and adhering to all DataShield security and safety policies

Ability to meet deadlines and production goals

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to complete the work assigned in an effective and efficient manner

Ability to routinely lift 75 lbs.

Ability to interact professionally with customers and other employees

Warehouse experience preferred but not required

This position requires the ability to regularly stand for extended periods of time; walk, lift and wheel objects, bend, climb, and other physical tasks are required.
