As our Production Floor Technician, you’ll be on your feet and in the action—working directly with equipment and materials to keep operations moving safely and efficiently.

Duties: ● Bring your preference for clear instructions to follow tasks precisely, including operating destruction equipment and industrial machinery ● Lean into your love of predictability when performing pre-start operations and light maintenance checklists. ● Channel your attention to detail when processing and indexing service requests via company software programs ● Your desire for accuracy will be used when picking up, packaging, transporting, and processing electronics and records ● Apply your organizational thinking when loading and unloading trucks ● Ensure accuracy and compliance with all DataShield security and safety policies ● Apply your attention to detail and steady pace to hit deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications: ● Must be 18 years’ old ● High school diploma or equivalent ● Ability to routinely lift, push, or pull 75 lbs. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Suite ● Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precision ● Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
