    Position Summary: Superior is looking for a motivated and experienced Production Fulfillment Representative with 2-3 years of relevant background to join our warehouse team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This position plays a key role in supporting order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving, documenting and storing inventory, tracking products, preparing items for dispatch, and performing routine inventory checks. We seek a reliable, detail-focused professional who can seamlessly transition between interacting with internal clients and handling hands-on warehouse responsibilities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Production Fulfillment -

    • Pick, pack, and label scanners for shipment to clients using approved packaging.
    • Receive incoming scanner shipments and verify accuracy of model, quantity, and serial numbers.
    • Stock scanner inventory in designated locations and track availability.
    • Maintain scanner bin organization and restock areas as needed.
    • Ensure clean, orderly, and safe scanner staging and packing areas.
    • Follow standard handling procedures for serial tracking and UPS label generation.
    • Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to warehouse lead or VP of Operations.

    Minimum Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 2-3 years prior experience in scanner fulfillment, inventory handling, or warehouse shipping
    • Knowledge of V-2, UPS WorldShip, or similar tools is beneficial
    • Ability to operate a forklift preferred

    Other Requirements:

    • Must pass background check and drug screening
    • Ability to maintain certifications and complete any additional required training
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multitask between administrative and physical tasks
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and email systems
    • Able to lift up to 30 lbs and operate basic warehouse tools (pallet jack, scale, etc.)
    • Strong customer-first mindset and problem-solving abilities
