Production Haus’s workspace design features private offices, in a variation of sizes and shapes, allowing a comfortable and ample space for teams of 1-50+, surrounded with acoustically enhanced glass walls and decorated partitions in order to create a sense of compartmentation and ensure privacy for each individual office space.

Your responsibilities as Human Resources Assistant :
Sourcing, initial Interviewing, Onbaording and training
Provide clear focus on performance management, change management, employee engagement & development, and conflict resolution
Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and leaders
Maintain knowledge of local labor market trends and partner with Recruiting to implement competitive hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent
Evaluate and recommend best practices in the application of HR systems and policies
Co-facilitate learning and development programs
Investigate and resolve employee relations matters and investigations including workplace conflicts or allegations of policy and/or legal violations
