Production Helper

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Helper to join our team. This position is a flexible support role designed for someone who can assist in multiple areas of the operation, including production, shipping and receiving, inventory, and material handling. This is a great opportunity for an individual with mechanical aptitude who is willing to learn equipment, support workflow where needed, and grow within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with production operations by staging materials and supporting machine operators.

Learn and assist with various machines and production processes as needed.

Support shipping and receiving functions, including loading, unloading, and verifying materials.

Help organize raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods for accuracy and efficiency.

Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate material locations.

Pull, move, and prepare materials according to production orders and operational needs.

Operate a forklift safely to transport materials throughout the facility.

Pack, label, and prepare finished product for shipment.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the facility.

Perform quality checks to help ensure accuracy and consistency.

Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Provide general support across departments as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience is helpful.

Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus.

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machines and equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift between tasks as needed.

Strong attention to detail, dependability, and teamwork.

Reliable transportation to and from the facility daily.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift.

Ability to lift and move materials as needed to support production and warehouse operations.
