We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sign & wide-format print environment. This role blends production, light installation, shop support, and occasional driving, ideal for someone who likes variety and hates doing the same thing every day.

What You’ll Do

Operate wide-format printers, laminators, plotters

Weed, mask, trim, and prepare vinyl graphics & signs

Assist with light onsite installs (decals, small signage, window graphics)

Fill in for deliveries / pickups / box truck runs

Perform basic shop maintenance & minor repairs

Help keep production organized, clean, and efficient

Support general day-to-day shop needs

Must Have

Experience in a sign shop or wide-format print environment

Working knowledge of equipment like HP Latex, Mimaki, Roland, Seal/GFP laminators

Comfortable with ladders, hand tools, and precise measurement

Valid driver’s license + clean driving record

Ability to lift 40–60 lbs

Reliable, proactive, and easy to work with

Vehicle wrap or partial wrap experience

Nice to Have

CNC router or laser operation

Electrical/mechanical aptitude

Customer service or field install experience

Schedule / Pay

Full-time, Monday–Friday

Competitive pay based on experience
