Summary: Harvest Church is opening the door for a Production Intern to gain real, hands-on experience in live worship production — not just watching from the sidelines, but actually learning, serving, and growing with a team. You’ll be part of creating meaningful worship experiences in person in Atlanta that stream to our global congregation.

General Educational Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher preferred, but not required

General Spiritual Requirements:
Be a Christian for at least two years
Be or will become a faithful, tithing Harvester
If the head of household, lead their families according to 1 Timothy 3:4-5 - "One who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?)
General Training Requirements:
Successfully complete The Apprenticeship: School of Servant Leadership
Employee Orientation
Intern Responsibilities
Assisting with weekend worship services (audio, lighting, camera operation, switching, social media capturing, and streaming)
Helping set up, test, and maintain AVL equipment
Supporting rehearsals and live production moments
Assisting with special events and ministry gatherings
What We’re Looking For
Senior high school students, College students interested in studying media, communications, film, audio, video, lighting, ministry, or any related field
Individuals looking to gain entry-level production experience
Basic understanding of audio, video, lighting, or camera work (no expert level required)
Dependable and available on Sundays
Teachable and open to feedback
