Position Summary:
The role of Production Labor II includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Product manufacturing
Solution mixing aka compounding
Product labelling
Product blistering and assembly
Packaging assembly, labelling, and inspection
Product sorting and boxing
Cleaning
Quality Control and Assurance
Qualifications and Requirements:
5+ years of manufacturing experience is required - personal care, cosmetics, or food and beverage manufacturing is a plus.
5+ years of experience with mixing equipment, run pumps, blenders, sanitary piping (tri-clamp pipes), etc.
Must be able to stand for entirety of shift.
Must be able to tolerate exposure to heat and/or cold
Cleanliness (hygiene/clothing/frequent hand sanitizing)
Nails/hands must be kept clean. Artificial nails are not permitted.
Protective clothing (hair net/mouth guard/lab coat)
Must be punctual and able to remain for the duration of shift
Walk and stand for extended periods, walk and reach with hands or arms. Lift or carry up to 50 pounds may be required.
Must be able to communicate task status, concerns regarding health, injuries, work and process quality

The above role (Compounder II) with added Supervisory responsibilities.
Supervising team under the direction of the Production management team
Liaising between I and II employees and other departments’ management teams
Compensation:
Hourly wage – $20-$25 per hour
Commensurate with experience and responsibilities
