Production Lead (Food Manufacturing)

$21.00 – $22.50/hr (based on shift)

Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

Shifts:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a production team on the floor
• Assign daily tasks and keep operations running smoothly
• Ensure team follows safety, GMP, and quality standards
• Monitor production and help hit daily goals
• Train and guide team members
• Complete basic paperwork and production reports
• Help troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues
• Work closely with supervisors, QA, and maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse leadership
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of GMP or food manufacturing is a plus
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
