    Position: Production Line Lead

    Location: Springdale, Ohio area

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of Food Manufacturing experience as a Line Leader.
    • Ensure Line Production meets all Quality and Safety standards for Regulatory Compliance.
    • Meet Production Schedule and Cost specifications for labor and ingredients.
    • Eliminate Waste, Improve Efficiencies, Minimize Down-time, and Motivate the Associates.
    • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, Sanitation, FSQA, AIB, BRC, and SQF.
    • Lean Manufacturing experience: Evaluate performance standards (required line output & efficiency, changeover times, waste, staffing).
