· Participate in cross-training to become proficient in multiple stations and qualify as a floater or line lead.
· Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and other departments to keep production aligned.
· Follow safety procedures rigorously and wear always assigned PPE.
· Assist in loading, staging, and transporting materials when necessary (including forklift or crane operation if certified).
· Demonstrate reliability through attendance, on-time performance, and accountability for daily duties. Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years welding experience is required
· Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production preferred.
· Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety instructions, and quality control guidelines.
· Physically capable of standing for long shifts, lifting materials, and working in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail, with the ability to recognize and respond to production defects.
· Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or flexible hours as needed.
· Must pass a drug screening as a condition of employment.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
