Job description:
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
1st shift (5:45 am- 2:30 pm) -Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week.
2nd shift (2:15pm-11pm) - Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week.
Duties
Operate and monitor machinery to produce high-quality products.
Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and production schedules.
Packing boxes, capping containers, stacking boxes per pallet patterns, and inspecting legible date codes on primary and secondary packages.
Maintaining clean organized workstations.
Utilize logic controllers to program and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards before packaging.
Package finished goods for shipment while maintaining accuracy in labeling and documentation.
Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to maintain an organized workspace and support overall production goals.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility is preferred.
Familiarity with assembly line processes is highly desirable.
Strong basic math skills for measuring materials and performing calculations related to production tasks.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues independently.
Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Strictly follow Line Leader instructions.

Qualifications
· Diploma/GED
· Knowledge and experience with GMP’s, food safety programs (SQF, etc.) and HACCP skills.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel and stoop
· Basic Math Skills
· Effective communication skills verbally and written
Job Type: Full-time/40 hrs. per week
Pay: $15.00 (1st) $15.50 (2nd) per hour to start.
