Flowly Solutions is hiring for a full-time production maintenance mechanic to join our operations team. This position is very hands on and is critical to ensuring our equipment is fully operational and running safely. An ideal candidate will have prior mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete routine and scheduled maintenance on machinery and the facility
• Work with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot are repair equipment to avoid downtime
• Disassembling machinery to replace wear items such as belts, bearings, motor parts and other components
• Read and use blueprints, manuals and other technical documents
• Following all safety and lock out tag out procedures
• Helping with installation of new machines and upgrades
• Communicating with our vendors to order parts
• Maintaining detailed records and reports on all completed projects

What You Will Need:

• Strong related job experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• An understanding of hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems is a plus
• The ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Experience reading and understanding blueprints and schematics
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand on your feet for extended periods of time
• No formal education requirement for this role

Schedule and Pay:

• Full Time Schedule, Monday through Friday
• Hours from 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Pay ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on experience
• Overtime opportunities may be available
