Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for a skilled production maintenance technician for our logistics team.

This position is full time with potential opportunities for overtime. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, you will not be required to work on the weekends.

In this role, you will be working with your team to complete scheduled preventative maintenance as well as repairing faulty machinery. This will include both electrical and mechanical work. Prior experience maintaining machinery in a production environment is required for you to be considered for this position. We are able to train the right candidate on our specific machinery and procedures.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Completing scheduled maintenance such as changing fuses, fluids, belts on production machinery

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting fault equipment to locate and repair the parts

• Working directly with the maintenance manager to communicate issues

• Assembling and disassembling machines to reach and repair parts

• Submitting and completing maintenance and repair reports

• Troubleshooting electrical systems using equipment such as voltmeters

• Following all safety and LOTO procedures

• Completing the certification classes required to perform each job duty

• Ordering parts needed to complete all maintenance and repairs

Qualifications:

• Prior experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of electrical systems, machinery and pneumatic systems
• Strong ability to understand and understand blueprints
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new software
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
