What You’ll Do (The Mission):

Master the Floor: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the workflow—from screen printing and embroidery to vinyl production—is seamless and efficient.

Lead & Inspire: You aren't just a boss; you’re a coach. You will manage, mentor, and motivate our production staff to hit deadlines and maintain a positive, high-performance culture.

Own the Timeline: Partner closely with Sales and Design to ensure that "Concept to Delivery" happens like clockwork.

Drive Quality: Act as the final gatekeeper for quality control, ensuring every stitch, print, and cut meets our "gold standard."

Strategic Growth: Look beyond today. You’ll help identify new market opportunities, service offerings, and ways to make our shop even more profitable and productive.

Who You Are:

A Natural Leader: You have 2-3 years of proven experience managing teams. You know how to have tough conversations, celebrate wins, and keep a crew focused.

The "How-To" Expert: While you don’t need to be a graphic designer, you do need to understand the "how." Familiarity with screen printing, embroidery, or vinyl production is a huge plus.

A Problem Solver: When a deadline is tight or a machine acting up, you’re the calm head who finds a solution.

Business-Minded: You understand that great art needs great organization. You're comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance, and hitting financial targets.
