We're looking for a dynamic Production Manager who can lead our team to new heights, inspire and guide our creative process.

Position Overview:

The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that the business runs smoothly while maintaining a focus on creativity and design excellence. This role requires a balance of leadership, and technical knowledge in graphic design as it translate to the final image to be produced. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, driving project execution, and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to creative design processes. This is a management position, not a graphic designer position, strong staff management experience is a must! Knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, and vinyl production is very helpful.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of production staff, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative work environment. Staff management is a vital role of this position. Work closely with graphic design team and sales team to ensure timelines are met.

Project Management: Oversee the successful completion of design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day production operations, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

Strategic Growth: Develop strategies for expanding business opportunities, including identifying new clients, markets, and service offerings.

Quality Control: Ensure that all design work meets the company’s high standards of quality and is consistent with brand guidelines.

Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on business performance, including financial results, project status, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-3 years in a leadership/managerial role, graphic design and production production knowledge recommended.

Leadership: Proven track record in leading and managing creative teams, including overseeing project workflows and fostering a positive team culture.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both creative and non-creative teams.

Business Acumen: Experience managing budgets, setting business goals, and working towards achieving financial targets.

Creative Vision: A strong sense of design aesthetics with the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions.

Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing project needs and find solutions under tight deadlines.
