Position Summary:

As the Production Manager, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of our manufacturing facility. You will champion operational excellence across all facets of commercial production, encompassing fabrication, assembly, inventory control, and packaging processes. Your core mission will be to optimize production efficiency, uphold stringent quality standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Leadership & Team Development: Provide inspirational leadership and clear direction to the entire manufacturing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribute to organizational goals.

· Operational Optimization & Execution: Oversee all day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, on-time delivery of high-quality products that consistently meet or exceed customer specifications. Proactively identify and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

· Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Champion and embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant, leveraging lean manufacturing principles, data analysis, and problem-solving methodologies to identify and implement process enhancements, reduce variability, and drive innovation.

· Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure unwavering adherence to established quality control standards and procedures across all stages of the manufacturing process. Implement and monitor key quality metrics, proactively addressing any deviations to maintain product integrity. Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within a dynamic manufacturing environment, with demonstrated success in managing complex operations.

· Proven track record of achieving significant improvements in operational efficiency, quality, cost reduction, and on-time delivery through the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

· In-depth understanding and practical application of lean manufacturing

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

· Outstanding leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively motivate, influence, and build high-performing teams across diverse levels.

· Strong commitment to workplace safety and a thorough understanding of relevant safety regulations and best practices.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with manufacturing software systems, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
