A leading company in the custom stone and cabinetry manufacturing industry is looking for a Production Manager to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations across a manufacturing team
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and output to meet production goals and deadlines
• Ensure quality standards are met in countertop fabrication, stone cutting, and cabinetry production
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA compliance
• Drive efficiency improvements and optimize production processes

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production management role
• Experience with stone fabrication, countertops, or cabinetry strongly preferred
• Ability to lead teams and manage production schedules effectively
• Strong understanding of safety standards and operational best practices
