Job Description
The NBCUniversal Creative Group, a division of Corporate Communications in New York, is seeking a full-time Production Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced production specialist with a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of print and digital execution, and a passion for delivering high-quality, brand-consistent work at scale.
Reporting to the Director of Production, the Production Manager will be responsible for preparing, refining, and delivering final assets across a wide range of mediums, including large-format environmental graphics, event collateral, internal communications, and digital content. This role requires expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, with a strong emphasis on file setup, color accuracy, retouching, versioning, and ensuring all deliverables meet technical specifications for production and distribution.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key partner to designers, helping translate creative concepts into production-ready files while maintaining the integrity of the original vision. They will manage high-volume workflows, adapt existing assets across multiple formats and sizes, and ensure consistency across deliverables. This person will also be expected to troubleshoot production challenges, recommend best practices, and uphold quality control standards throughout the lifecycle of each project.
In addition, the Production Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support asset management, including organizing, naming, and deploying content through internal systems as needed. They will also step in to support overflow production needs spanning digital communications, presentations, and print collateral.

This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
