We’re growing fast, and our Residential Roofing division is adding a Production Manager to lead all production operations. This role is based in Goshen, IN, location - about 40 minutes from South Bend, IN, and serves as the anchor of the Production Department, overseeing scheduling, job execution, quality control, field leadership, and customer communication. This is a hands‑on leadership position: 60% office-based (planning, scheduling, communication, documentation) and 40% field-based (site visits, inspections, coaching crews, resolving issues). Initially, you’ll wear two hats: Production Manager and Field Manager, as you help build and strengthen the department.
