Position Overview

As the Production Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing operations, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, installers, and vendors, ensuring each project meets our high standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Competitive Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (based on experience)

Industry Expertise: Experience in flooring, construction, or production management

Strong Communicator: Ability to provide clear updates and maintain positive relationships with customers, installers, and vendors

Project Management Skills: Proven ability to schedule, plan, and optimize workflows for efficiency

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in industry software (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Outlook)

Installer & Vendor Network: Established connections with reliable installers and suppliers preferred

Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions

Bilingual Advantage: English/Spanish fluency is a plus

Highly Organized: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

Independent Decision-Maker: Confidently make informed decisions when necessary

Forklift/Walk-Behind Experience (Preferred): Training available if needed

Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation (Mileage reimbursement available)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships to enhance customer satisfaction

Project Scheduling & Coordination: Manage timelines, communicate updates, and ensure efficient execution

Team Collaboration: Lead weekly meetings with the sales team to review project status and new sales

Installer & Vendor Management: Recruit, vet, and oversee installer partnerships to maintain quality standards

Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage disputes and maintain strong working relationships

Daily Production Oversight: Provide installers with real-time project updates and support

Warehouse & Inventory Management: Maintain product storage and ensure efficient material handling

On-Site Quality Control: Conduct site visits to verify work meets company and customer expectations

Product & Cost Management: Oversee job costs, material orders, and allocation

Project Documentation: Capture before-and-after photos for accountability and quality assurance

Customer Satisfaction: Strive for 5-star reviews by delivering exceptional service
