    Position: Production Manager (Food)

    Location: Hebron, KY area

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
    • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple Production Lines and Shifts in a high-volume Food manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory requirements, including FDA, FSMA, GMP, HACCP, BRC, SQF and OSHA standards.
    • Experience in highly Automated manufacturing environments; industrial Bakery experience strongly preferred.
    • Ability to drive operational performance through KPI management, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and data-driven decision-making.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead multi-line, multi-shift Production operations to achieve safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity objectives.
    • Drive key manufacturing KPIs including: OEE, Throughput, Labor Efficiency, Yield, Downtime Reduction, Schedule Adherence, and Cost Per Unit.
    • Ensure Compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and workplace safety standards while supporting audits and inspections.
    • Develop, coach, and lead production teams through training, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to implement Continuous Improvement projects, Capital Investments, and New Product launches.
