The Production Manager supports store leadership in planning, implementing, and overseeing merchandise processing and daily retail operations. This role works closely with the Store Manager to ensure that store policies, procedures, and operational standards are executed effectively, fostering a productive and customer-focused environment. The Production Manager helps drive operational efficiency, high-quality service, and a positive shopping experience for every customer. This position reports to the Store Manager, who evaluates performance annually.
