The Production Manager supports store leadership in planning, implementing, and overseeing merchandise processing and daily retail operations. This role works closely with the Store Manager to ensure that store policies, procedures, and operational standards are executed effectively, fostering a productive and customer-focused environment. The Production Manager helps drive operational efficiency, high-quality service, and a positive shopping experience for every customer. This position reports to the Store Manager, who evaluates performance annually. Responsibilities: • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor • Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing safety standards and actively preventing internal theft and shoplifting • Oversee and supervise all operational processes within the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and efficient workflow across all departments • Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, holding team members accountable for performance and conduct • Review and analyze sales, payroll, and operational expenses to meet financial goals while maintaining cost control and profitability Qualifications: • Proven experience managing production operations in fast-paced environments, with a focus on improving systems and driving efficiency • Strong communicator able to clearly present information and collaborate across teams • Detail-oriented with a focus on tracking metrics, setting up systems, and ensuring smooth operations • Strong problem-solving abilities, tackling challenges with creative and practical solutions • Adaptable, with the ability to adjust strategies in response to changing priorities and technology Compensation: $47,300
