  • Responsibilities

    To assist retail store management in the planning, implementation, and oversight of merchandise processing operations. Works closely with store management to ensure the effective execution of retail policies, procedures, and operational standards. Supports the overall success of retail activities by fostering a productive environment, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and a positive customer experience. This position reports to the Store Manager, who evaluates performance annually. Responsibilities: • Review and analyze sales, payroll, and operational expenses to meet financial goals while maintaining cost control and profitability • Communicate any operational issues, challenges, or observations to the Store Manager and District Manager, providing insight and recommendations for corrective actions or improvements, and collaborate to develop and implement action plans to resolve issues • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor • Oversee and supervise all operational processes within the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and efficient workflow across all departments • Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing safety standards and actively preventing internal theft and shoplifting • Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and holding team members accountable for performance and conduct Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred • Adaptable, comfortable adjusting strategies to meet evolving needs and new technologies • Strong communicator able to clearly present information and collaborate across teams • Proven experience managing production operations in fast-paced environments, with a focus on improving systems and driving efficiency • Effective team leader, motivating and empowering individuals to meet goals while fostering accountability and continuous improvement • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical and innovative solutions • Skilled in using data to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement • Detail-oriented, with experience tracking performance metrics, implementing systems, and maintaining operational efficiency Compensation: $47,300
