We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on Production Manager for a leading plastics manufacturer. If you’re currently a Production Supervisor or Lead ready for your next move, this could be the perfect fit. Only candidates with true manufacturing operations experience will be considered. 

Your Impact

Lead Day-to-Day Operations

• Ensure consistent output of high-quality product, delivered on time and within spec

• Track and act on key production metrics (throughput, downtime, scrap) to boost performance

• Motivate, mentor, and support production operators to drive results and engagement

• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning

• Coordinate cross-training initiatives to increase operational flexibility

• Tackle challenges related to attendance, performance, and morale head-on

• Inspire a proactive, customer-centric mindset that embraces innovation and growth

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience and 1+ years in a team lead role

• Proven success leading frontline teams and driving operational change

• Understanding of continuous improvement tools

• Bilingual: Spanish
